Welcome to the Lose to Win Challenge V 2011
The Lose to Win Challenge V kicks off on June 2*, 2010 from 4-6pm registration and vendor booths at at 4 p.m. for our kickoff dinner, vendor booths, registration, and weigh-in with special guests, Cheryl George and Sherry Johnston, contestants in the The Biggest Loser TV show. Entry fee for the kickoff event is $25 per person and includes a light dinner.
Get your team of two together and join us on June 2 to discover what a difference the right choices can make in your life. Final weigh-in will be on Thursday, August 2. |

- The competition will last for 8 weeks. During the kick off, participants are weighed in the First Floor Classroom. You may not lose all the weight that you want in those 8 weeks, but this competition will jump start you to achieving a healthier you.
- All weights are strictly confidential and at no time will weights be posted.
- Winners are determined by the individual’s total percent weight loss which will be calculated as follows:
Initial Weight – Final Weight x 100 = Percent Weight Loss

- You will be required to fill out appropriate Jackson Family YMCA and Regional Hospital of Jackson release of liability statements.
- The final weigh in is Thursday, August 2 from 11am – 5pm in the Regional Hospital of Jackson Private Dining Room. A photo ID will be required at the final weigh in.
- Prizes Include:
- 1st place individual gets $1000.
- Individuals who have a 6-10% weight loss receive a t-shirt
*Additional registration will be available June 3 at Regional Hospital of Jackson in the Lower Level Conference Room from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Cost is $10 per person. Click Here to print and complete the application before coming to register. Please bring a picture ID to the weigh-in.
